The World Sovereignty Fund would build and protect a permanent pool of public wealth. A share of its available earnings would fund regular payments through the Birthright System. As the Fund grows, the ambition is to make those payments large enough to support universal basic income: a regular income foundation for every person, regardless of employment.

Community-owned robots, computing, and automated businesses provide useful goods and services. Customers pay for what they produce.

How the proposed system connects
Community Omni Centres would coordinate automation under human oversight. Customers pay for goods and services. Costs, reserves, and agreed business-owner returns are covered first. Robot Banking would handle payments and transfer the agreed net contribution to the Fund. The Fund would build shared wealth; Birthright membership would connect people to payments in ordinary money.

What would signing the petition support?
Signing calls for governments, communities, and organisations to review the proposal, support independent feasibility work, and explore practical pilots towards a permanent fund and eventual universal basic income. Petition platforms collect signatures on their own websites.
Is the Fund paying income today?
The Fund and Birthright System are proposed institutions. The campaign is seeking support to establish and evaluate them. Payments would depend on sufficient funding, legal establishment, and sustainable earnings; no income is being offered through this website.
Would existing banking continue?
Yes. The World Sovereignty Fund would operate alongside existing banks and personal financial arrangements. It would hold and distribute public wealth. The proposed Robot Banking System would handle the automation economy’s transactions through legally authorised services.
How would wealth be shared?
The proposal allocates approved distributable earnings 70% to personal income, 20% to community development, and 10% to ecological protection. These are shares of available earnings, not guaranteed payment amounts.
How would the institution stay accountable?
The proposed charter calls for transparent reporting, independent oversight, safeguards against conflicts of interest, community representation, and protection of shared capital. Those protections must become enforceable parts of the institution.
